RIGHT HAND

The right hand of the Lord

The right hand is a symbol of God’s strength and power.
It is strong and determined in its action. When the right hand of the Lord acts on your behalf it is victorious. It cannot be defeated, nothing can stand against it. In our weakness, it is mightily strong.

What can oppose and withstand God’s power?
The right hand of the Lord is demonstrated in our weaknesses. Where we have no power to speak, the voice of the Lord speaks for itself. Where we cannot defend ourselves, the right hand of the Lord is raised high. He is an avenger (Deut.32:35, Rom.12:19).

When the right hand of the Lord rises it is public, resulting in His praise. He is exalted in all His works. He lifts up all who trust in Him, but brings down those who resist Him. When the trial has been great, it easy to remember what you went through, rather than His mercy, that brought you out.

Praise the Lord today in His Majesty
Praise the Lord today in His Splendour
Praise the Lord today in His Power
HE IS ALL POWERFUL!
