A PILLAR OF STRENGTH

A PILLAR OF STRENGTH

Christ is a powerhouse of strength, an unshakable pillar, a sturdy rock, a faithful friend in times of need. Christ does not want you to carry the cares of this world, but to give them to Him: He is A Pillar of Strength.

Christ is the strong one. He cares about your day to day struggles. He will help you carry that heavy load you are attempting to carry by yourself. The Spirit of the Lord says, TRUST HIM.

All who trust in Christ are assured of His help. He will hold you up and “sustain” you. The strong arm of the Lord will surely see you through.

STRADDLING THE FENCE

1 John 2:15

STRADDLING THE FENCE

Do believe in what God has promised? To “straddle the fence” in this context, means that you have no firm position in what you believe.

The way you live your life on this earth is a true reflection of what you believe. Remember, this world is not your home…you are just passing through.

Do Not Love the World

“For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world. 17 And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever.”

HEAVENLY TREASURES

HEAVENLY TREASURES: please read: Matthew 6:19-21

Worldliness is an enemy that must be resisted by prayer. Only God can stop the soul longing, panting and running after the goods of this world.

Where are your affections? Are you so affectionate about this world that you have no affection for Heaven. You must never forget that your end destination is not this world, but Heaven?

This hour, ask the Lord to examine your heart. Where is it? Are you soul tied and entangled with worldliness. Pray with all your heart: “Lord disentangle me”.

Pray that the Lord will disentangle you, so that you can serve Him with all your heart. You cannot serve two masters.

If this message speaks to your heart, kindly share it.

God Rewards His Faithful Servants.

God Rewards His Faithful Servants.

While we must never forget that God’s righteousness is imputed to us, we must never forget that God rewards faithfulness.

“For the son of Man shall come in the glory of His Father with His angels; and then shall reward every man according to his work” (Mathew 16:27).

When Christ returns, “each one will be recompensed for his for his deeds in the body according to what he has done, whether good or bad” ( 2 Corinthians 5:10).

Christ is coming imminently with His reward to give to each man according to his work. ( Revelation 22:12).

I pray this hour you will be motivated to diligently seek the Lord. Ask Him how you can serve Him best truthfully, in Spirit and in Truth. Amen.
