Come one, come all.

The Kingdom is the Lord’s. He will not share it. He is the governor among the nations, all authority and power belongs to Him.

Gentiles and Jews: behold your God. He is calling you. He is the God of all nations.
“Or is God the God of Jews only? Is he not the God of Gentiles also? Yes, of Gentiles also, since God is one—who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith.” – Romans 3;29,30.

The Kingdom was once restricted to Israel. Now Jews and Gentiles alike can come freely to Jesus. All ends of the earth, all peoples, whoever you are, wherever you may be, near and far: hear the voice of the Lord. He is calling you. He has redeemed you by His blood. The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.
Repent and be saved!!!

quote banner9What is Idolatry? Extreme admiration, love, or reverence for something or someone.

To exhort someone means to try to influence (someone) by words or advice : to strongly urge (someone) to do something. The Holy Spirit does call people aside and speak to them in ways that no man can. He speaks to the heart.

Turn to Jesus:
Turn away from your idols, turn away from inordinate affections, turn away from worldliness, turn away from the worship of human beings and worship God. To everyone on the face of this earth: hear the voice of God through Isaiah. Turn your hearts and minds to Jesus. There is only one way of Salvation. The New World Order, the agreements of the leaders all faiths cannot save you. It is deception in very high places. These are the last days. Turn to the Lord and be saved. Flee from the worship of human idols. They cannot save you.

Salvation comes from Jesus and Jesus alone. He is the author of Salvation. Whether Jew or Gentile, whoever you may be. Hear this word all ends of the earth. Hear all nations. There is no other name, but the name of Jesus. Every knee shall bow and every tongue proclaim that Jesus Christ is Lord.

Turn to the Lord now, HIS return of is imminent.

The Voice

thanks be toThere is only one voice that can truly lift ones heart from an abyss of sadness. It is the one and only “voice of The Lord.” It is the voice that pops open deaf ears, it is the voice that makes a person complete, it is the voice that lifts up the spirit. The voice of the Lord is joy that comes in the morning, no matter how dark the night has been. The voice of the Lord produces sweet notes of love, yes the loving-kind voice of the Lord.

“In thee do I trust”
Those who are totally dependent on Jesus will never be put to shame. This kind of faith cannot be shaken by the external. Our spiritual senses can detect and separate the voice of the Lord from the voice of satan. Deep calls to deep (Psalm 42:7). The voice of satan is very shallow. The Lord causes us to hear and to know His voice, because the sheep know the voice of their shepherd. “My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me” – John 10:27.

Those who listen to the Lord are bestowed with heavenly knowledge. He is a guide to those who ask for direction (Psalm 119:105, 25:5, Proverbs 14:12). David constantly asked the Lord to lead and direct him. The Lord was no stranger to him. Those who ask the Lord undoubtedly receive answers to their prayers, He directs their paths. As believers, how will we know what to do if we do not ask?

Hope that is placed upon self will be like sea at the sea-shore, tossed to and fro, but faith that is based upon God will be like a resilient ship , it will never sink, no matter the storm. God has the ability to lift up the downcast soul, no matter how low it has sunk. Jesus is the glory and the lifter of our souls.

Let us remember David whenever we are downcast. Lift up your soul to the the lifter of souls.

1150451_10206697040037892_7715359516450042834_oInward peace comes from trusting the Lord. Communicating daily with Jesus is the key to overcoming this world. The person in a relationship with Jesus will not operate as the world operates. He or she will have rest in their soul. Jesus Christ gives the kind consolation that cannot be found in this world. He is the giver of perfect peace (Eph.2:14).

This world is not trouble free and Jesus reminds us about this in John 16:33. Once you choose to worship and follow Jesus you will attract opposition:
2 Tim 3:12
Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. Be of good cheer, Halleluya!!! You have overcome the world. Do not be afraid, the Lord has already given you the victory. The battle has been won.
Jesus Christ is the source of peace to the believer (Micah 5:5). He is the one to run to in times of trouble. The sign of God’s presence is peace in the heart and peace on ones lips. A person filled with peace will be able to sow words of peace to others in their time of need.
“I create the fruit of the lips:
Peace, peace to him who is far off and to him who is near,”
Says the LORD,
“And I will heal him.” – Isaiah 57:19

In-spite of whatever you are going through, be REST – ASSURED that you are on the winning side. Between Earth and Heaven is a distance. The believer does not make this journey on their own. Walk in the peace of God. The Holy Spirit will give you the power, endurance and courage to face whatever challenges may come your way.

Jesus Christ has overcome the world.
Jesus Christ is a mighty warrior, satan is under His feet. He has rescued His children from the grip of satan and his power. Every believer is free in Christ. He has given them the authority to go forth and preach the gospel. He has given every believer dominion:
And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation – Mark 16:15

Go forward today in the power, might and zeal of the Lord. Let nothing hinder or stop you. Trust in God. Obey the commission He has given you. The time is short. Be confident in God’s power. With God all things are possible! (Matthew 19:26). You have overcome the world!

The Sinner’s only hope.

weekly post 20Sin started in a sinless environment: The Garden of Eden.

If Salvation is dependent on our own efforts, our situation would be hopeless. This is because there is nothing any one can possibly do to make themselves acceptable to God. (Isaiah 64:6). We are saved by grace.

What can wash away guilt and shame? What can make us whole again? Nothing but the blood of Jesus.

Grace is something undeserved, no one can ever earn it. It is the undeserved favour of God. Grace is so unique, in that, it is given to people so undeserving of it. Grace is God at work. It pronounces the sinner free and saves the lost. His love, grace and mercy flows to us through His Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the living sacrifice that sets the sinner free. Because of this, everyone in Christ is born again and free to enjoy a new life in Jesus Christ.

Salvation is a free gift from God, given to us through faith in Jesus. Praise the Living God for His wonderful work on the Cross. Jesus Christ has done it all for you, He has paid the price, He has set you FREE.

Celebrate Jesus, today and always. His grace is immeasurable towards you!

Rejoice Always in redTo “Rejoice” is not an option for the Christian. It is a command. Press forward today by the power, might and strength of God. Paul encourages Christians everywhere to enjoy the race, just like he did. He endured trials and tribulations, yet he rejoiced. It was so important for Paul to rejoice and he repeated it again and again and again. His life was poured out like a drink offering, yet he rejoiced with them all. (Phillippians 2:17).His TRUST was in the Lord. Enjoy the Christian life. Run your race with joy.
Don’t give up now, just keep moving forward. To rejoice is your portion. Cast off every burden and run, run, run!!!!

weekly post 7The miracles Jesus performed aroused the attention of a whole nation: Syria. The miracles He performed confirmed His ministry as multitudes drew near to hear Him speak. He preached to a lost and cretinous generation.  Jesus was not afraid of preaching. He raised twelve disciples to follow in His footsteps. These disciples also raised others. When preaching is lightly esteemed it dishonours the Church.

Jesus called all men, every-where, to repent of their sins. We must never forget every descendant of Adam is a sinner and this means everyone on earth. Romans 3:23 says, “we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.” The preacher who does not teach about repentance misses one of the fundamentals; one of the building blocks of Christianity. The gospel of Jesus Christ calls all men, regardless of their station in life, to repent. Nobody is exempt or excluded from repentance. It is acknowledging a change of heart and a desire to break away from sinful habits. It is confessing that sin is not good, with heartfelt sorrow and submission, before the throne of Grace. Sincere Repentance and Saving Faith towards Jesus Christ go hand in hand. They cannot be disconnected.

Jesus did not exclude anyone from His preaching: rich and poor, lofty or humble, Jesus preached to all. The gospel of Jesus Christ is to be preached every where. Jesus went about doing good, He performed miracles of kindness and mercy. He transformed lives wherever He went.  He set captives free. The miracles He performed showed His power as the Great Physician. He opened blind eyes, opened deaf ears, made the lame walk and healed the sick of so many infirmities. Not all of Jesus miracles are recorded in the Bible. Historians talk of many more incidences and stories of the miracles this man called Jesus Christ performed. Jesus healed the disease of the heart and soul. Broken hearts and crushed spirits; a people laden with sin and shame. Jesus came to set humanity FREE.

Jesus receives those who come to Him with open arms. If you do not know the Lord Jesus today: Repent because the Kingdom of Heaven is near (Matthew 3:2). Confess your sins before God and receive Jesus into your heart by Faith.

weekly post 16

It was strange to the Pharisees, yet approved by God. He was the Shepherd that would lay down His life to take it up again, He would die and rise again. Christ’s death on the Cross was part of His plan and purpose. He did it voluntarily, nobody forced Him to do it. It was part and parcel of God’s divine plan.

John 10:17,18

17 “Therefore My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that I may take it again. 18 No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This command I have received from My Father.”

Jesus is the true Shepherd that commit Himself to the salvation and care of all His chosen sheep.

Isaiah 40: 9 -11

O Zion,
You who bring good tidings,
Get up into the high mountain;
O Jerusalem,
You who bring good tidings,
Lift up your voice with strength,
Lift it up, be not afraid;
Say to the cities of Judah, “Behold your God!”

10 Behold, the Lord God shall come with a strong hand,
And His arm shall rule for Him;
Behold, His reward is with Him,
And His work before Him.
11 He will feed His flock like a shepherd;
He will gather the lambs with His arm,
And carry them in His bosom,
And gently lead those who are with young.”

He commit Himself as the Mediator from eternity:

Proverbs 8:30-31

Then I was beside Him as a master craftsman;
And I was daily His delight,
Rejoicing always before Him,
31 Rejoicing in His inhabited world,
And my delight was with the sons of men.

He was the Father’s obedient servant and God’s elect:

Matthew 3:17 “ And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”

Laying down of His life was a supreme act of obedience to the Father’s will (Phil 2:5-11):

Philippians 2:9“Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name.”

He gave His life, He also rose himself from the dead, by which He declared himself the son of God:

Romans 1:4 declared to be the Son of God with power according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead.”

He made full satisfaction to the justice of God for His people and rose again for their justification . He entered Heaven as our Forerunner where He intercedes for us forever:

Hebrews 6:20 where the forerunner has entered for us, even Jesus, having become High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.”

Jesus willingly complied to His death on the Cross. It was not taken from Him by force. This was the covenant He had with the Father. Jesus Christ came to this world to redeem His Sheep. To accomplish this great work it was necessary for Him to die. Jesus Christ was not a martyr, or a reformer, or a victim.

Jesus Christ was a divine substitute.

His time of death was appointed.

It took place at an appointed time.

It was for an appointed people.

Isaiah53:10-12 “Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise Him;
He has put Him to grief.
When You make His soul an offering for sin,
He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days,
And the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in His hand.
11 He shall see the labor of His soul,[b] and be satisfied.
By His knowledge My righteous Servant shall justify many,
For He shall bear their iniquities.
12 Therefore I will divide Him a portion with the great,
And He shall divide the spoil with the strong,
Because He poured out His soul unto death,
And He was numbered with the transgressors,
And He bore the sin of many,
And made intercession for the transgressors.”

Loving – kindness

weekly post 5The loving-kindness of God.

There are many aspects of God, but what do we know about “the loving-kindness of God?”

Human love is one thing, but can you comprehend the fullness of God’s love? It was David’s desire to “hear” the loving-kindness of God in the morning. It was an urgent request when it was needed the most. YOU can also make that same request.

Human nature needs and desires comfort and love, it is part of being human, but it can be sought in the wrong places and from the wrong people. David’s plea was to God alone, he said:

“I put my trust in you, cause me to know the way I should walk.”

It is possible to have misplaced love and misplaced demands upon others. Nobody can love you the way God can.

“I have loved you,” says the Lord (Mal 1:2). God has a covenant of love toward every believer. He loves you so much that He came from Heaven in the person of his son Jesus Christ and specifically died for you. There is no greater love than this…He loved you and gave himself for you (Gal 2:20).

Today you can celebrate the covenant love of God. God chose you to be saved before the foundation of the world. You are so privileged (Eph 1:4-8; John 6:37). God has ALWAYS loved you. Let this be your confidence. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and don’t lean to your own understanding of His love. Pray that you will see His love through His eyes.

Have a lovely day.
